一、請直接進入本校校務資訊系統(網址： https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE)→輸入帳號(人事編號或學號)及密碼

(一) 核對104年所得：

(1)請點選所得相關查詢→年所得查詢（年度：104）

(2)請核對全年所得額，若有疑義請洽出納組。

教職員薪資請洽【31361】；

計畫薪資請洽【31365】；

工讀金、助學金請洽【31364】；

他項所得請洽【35059】。

(二) 核對稅籍資料：

(1)請點選人事業務系統→個人基本資料→基本資料

(2)請核對姓名、身分證號(or外籍人士統一證號)及地址。如有誤，請持身分證(or居留證)影本至人事室更正。

二、以上請於105年1月13日（三）前配合辦理更正。

三、若無法自行上網查詢者，本組可提供個人查詢服務。

1.Steps to check your annual income,

Login → click“Income Inquiry”→ click“Annually Income Inquiry”→ Select “104”→  press “確定”.

2.Click “ Employment Affairs Functions→Profile→Profile ” to check your name, ARC No. and Address.
